This chapter describes different technologies available in the game. They might be used as part of the technology tree, might be just there to describe the world or some game mechanics in more detail.
Gravity Modification technology allows ships to be designed in a more comfortable way as the inside of the ship is no subject to inertia, vibration or shocks. This could mean better colonization ships. The technology also allows for faster movement inside a planet’s atmosphere allowing for a much faster start and landing. This could be an upgrade for landing troop ships. With the technology they are less exposed to planetary defense weapons.
A Mind Static Device shields certain areas from second foundationers. It generates a static field that renders any advanced mind reading capabilities useless. At high power a device can be used to harm a second foundationer.

An Anti-Spying Device shields certain areas from spying by sending out random conversations. A spy would not detect that an Anty-Spying Device is put in place because it is difficult to decide if the conversation received is real or random. A Mind Anti-Spying Device would have the same features but would work against second foundationers.
A Personal Force-Shield is a portable force-shield small enough to be carried by a single person. This can be an upgrade for ground troops.
A Ultrawave or Hyperwave Relay is an instantaneous, faster-than-light communication system. The distance between the communicating parties does not matter as the communication is instance within the galaxy.
A Visi-Sonor is an entertainment device which creates both sound and light by acting directly on brain cells. It also stimulated emotions directly.
